How to get there

From Greece there are direct flights - all the seasons - to Copenhagen only from Athens, airlines flying direct routes from Athens are Aegean Airlines and SAS, the journey lasts about 3 hours and 15 minutes. From Thessaloniki airport there are also direct flights but only for the summer season, the flights are operated by SAS and the trip takes about 2 hours and 50 minutes. From Cyprus (Larnaca) there are also direct flights but only during the summer months, with Norwegian Airlines the trip takes about 4 hours and 10 minutes. For connecting flight the best options are: Austrian, Lufthansa, Air France, Air Serbia and SWISS more specifically:

International Copenhagen Airport Kastrup (IATA: CPH)

DANISH CUISINE


The culinary habits of the Danish are more or less the same with the rest of the Nordic countries based on meat and potatoes and usually the traditional dishes are served on black rye bread. Despite all the hard pronounced dishes they are actually very tasteful. The Danish people love cooking and inviting people to eat with them.
